These terms and conditions govern your use of the Belgrave PharmHealth website and our clinic and online pharmacy services. By using our services you agree to these terms. Belgrave PharmHealth is operated by Belgrave PharmHealth Ltd (company no. 15520268), a GPhC-registered pharmacy at Belgrave PharmHealth | 20 Asline Road | Sheffield | S2 4UJ.
Our services
We provide private healthcare and pharmacy services, including travel and private vaccinations in Sheffield and online consultations for treatments delivered across England. All prescription services are consultation-led: medication is supplied only after a clinical assessment and where a prescriber judges it clinically appropriate. We are not an emergency service — if you need urgent help, contact NHS 111 or call 999.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to buy treatment for yourself online, unless a specific service states otherwise. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information in any consultation. Giving false or incomplete information may put your health at risk and may mean we cannot provide treatment.
Consultations and prescribing
Completing a consultation or placing an order does not guarantee that treatment will be supplied. Our prescribers may decline to provide treatment, request more information, or recommend you see your GP or another service if that is safer or more appropriate. Clinical decisions rest with the prescriber.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant service and pricing pages and may change. For online services you are charged for medication only where a prescriber approves it; any consultation fee is made clear before you commit. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery
Where treatment is approved, we aim to dispatch for next-day delivery to addresses in England. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly about any problem.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
For safety and legal reasons, medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to cancel before your order is dispensed, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
Appointments
Clinic services are by appointment. Please let us know in good time if you need to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Your responsibilities
- Read the patient information leaflet supplied with any medicine.
- Use medicines only as directed and store them safely.
- Tell us about any side effects or concerns.
- Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your care.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from information on the website used without a consultation, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
