Belgrave PharmHealth wants everyone to be able to use our website and access our care, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We are committed to making our digital and in-person services as accessible as possible.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We design and build our website with accessibility in mind, and we keep working to improve it.
What we’ve done
- Clear, consistent navigation and a “skip to content” link.
- Readable typography with strong colour contrast.
- Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.
- Keyboard-accessible menus, forms and interactive elements, with visible focus styles.
- Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops.
- Respect for the “reduced motion” setting for animations.
- Semantic, structured content so assistive technologies can interpret pages.
Accessibility at our clinic
If you have specific access needs for an appointment — for example step-free access, a longer appointment, an interpreter or information in another format — please tell us when you book and we will do our best to accommodate you.
